I'd like to know if there's a way to know a way to find the correct source changeset associated with a nightly build.

My goal is to setup a solution using the source code from Codeplex on my laptop, but deploy the binaries found in the associated nighlty build downloaded from nightly.umbraco.com to my test machine..

Alternatively,where can I find a reliable post build script to transform a custom build to a deployable site?

I suppose the core team has automated this, and they use a such script or continuous integration to produce the nightly and official builds.
