    I ask as I submitted some patches ages ago which were never reviewed. It seems that most patches get the same treatment (there are patches as far back as <span id="ctl00_ctl00_MasterContent_Content_PatchesRepeater_ctl05_UploadedOnDateTime" class="smartDate">Jun 22 2007) marked as being evaluated.</span>

    BUMP! ? Any takers? Actually I think an "ask the core team" session would be good once in a while to get answers to questions like these...

    If core are willing to do a 30 minute telephone call once a month I'd be happy to collate a list of most asked questions and publish the results.
