I have a clean server that I am trying to install 4.5.1 on. I've unblocked the zip, and repaired my .net 4.0, but I am still getting this error on my server:

I'm going to answer my own question here. We had a wildcard mapping on our IIS, and it was causing some conflicts. Not exactly sure how to keep the wildcard mapping in though. Any further follow up on that would be appreciated.

SIgh. I've just completed a major site update and now I'm seeing this very problem. I can not replicate it in my local dev environment nor on my remote dev environment.
