I am having trouble upgrading umbraco. I have updated any config file changes that I have made in the previous version and when I hit the default.aspx page I am getting the following message:
Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: virtualPath.
I am using IIS7.
Any ideas?

Problem upgrading from 4.0.3 to 4.5.1
