Agh... stupid forum.  Take 2...

Bah!  Found another issue with my upgrade from v3 to v4:

In the media section:

- Media is called "Medier"

- When i right click on "Medier" and then "Create", i get the following error:

Running the following on the DB fixed it:

update umbracoAppTree 
set treeTitle='Media', treeAlias = 'media'
where treeTitle='Medier'; 

Thanks again!  I had the exact same issue.  

NOTE:  I had to recycle the "app pool" for my site and wait for caching to timeout before this change worked.  It took mine about 5 minutes. 

I had to reload nodes before "Create" on the right click menu started to work
