As can't seem to find in any of the 3.0.27 dll's????

It has been removed for quite some time.. almost 2 years since we got rid of ajaxcontroltoolkit at some point
Yeah I've been stuck at version 3.0.16 due to a medium trust environment..
Does that mean that you no longer support the usercontrol version of contour?
Yup the usercontrol version has been replaced by a razor equivalent since v3 (it also works on webforms)
