    Null Reference When Adding Location

    I've set up Courier on two local installations, and when I tried to enter the locations on the final step of the installation, I get the following error:

    System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at Umbraco.Courier.UI.Usercontrols.Installer.addLocation(Object sender, EventArgs e) in d:\TeamCity6\buildAgent\work\399aef48762b5884\Umbraco.Courier.UI\Usercontrols\Installer.ascx.cs:line 176

    Also, the Courier section is there, but if I right click on locations, I don't have the option to add locations? Do I have to do this through the config file?

    Hmmm, on further inspection, it looks like it hasn't set up the config file. How do I get it to create one? Can't find a reference one on the nightly builds site.......

    I'm experiencing the same issue with Umbraco 4.7.0 and Courier 2.1.
