I have courier 2.1 (Express license) installed on one of my environments (4.7). The local part runs on my laptop, the 'subscriber' part is a Windows Azure deployment.
I added a single field to one of my DocTypes and ran the right click Courier action. After a while the dialog informs me it's done. When I check the DocType on the Azure side, nothing has changed.
