    Extraction Error

    Hi Guys,

    I have 2 instances of Umbraco. I have installed Courier 2 on both of them and added a Express Version Licencing to the bin folder. 

    Now when i try to Transfer the Live website to a development instance, am getting an "Extraction Error". 

    Any thoughts why am getting this??

    Hi Fuji

    It seems one instance has issues authenticating against the other. 

    Out of the box, Courier assumes that the admin user, uses the same username/password combo on both sites, and that both sites have the same password encryption setup. 

    If that is not the case, you can set the authentication specifly in the /config/courier.config file under "repositories"

    Hi Per,

    So both instances, the clean one and the live one should have the same credentials when it comes to transfer the content ?

    Both Instances same repositories?
