All my Umbraco 4.9.x that use Digibiz Advanced Media Picker and Courier 2.7.1 have the same issue. If I try to save or crop an image with DAMP, I get an YSOD:
he DLL: digibizadvancedmediapicker cannot call Courier APIs as you do not have the right licensing in place
I already tried to uninstall Courier, and reinstall it, but this doesn't solve the problem. The only solution left is to uninstall Courier.
Courier vs DAMP issue
