    How to import a revision

    Hi,

I'm new to courier. My customer wants to deploy data without using the Webservice functionality. So I've Installed Courier on both machines and using the NetworkShareProvider. Now I have managed to create a revision and it gets deployed to disk but how can I import this revision and extract it on the target system? I'm using the trial version on localhost.

    Thanks,

    Richard

Not an expert but can't you just manually move the revision (should be located in \App_Data\courier\revisions)

Yup just tested and that worked, created revision on site 1, copy the revision from site1\\App_Data\courier\revisions to site2\\App_Data\courier\revisions , extract revision on site 2

    Thanks Tim,

Now I see it. Only when I click on the revision I get the YSOD reported earlier. But that's a differenct issue.

    Thanks,

    Richard
