Forgive me if this answer is found elsewhere? I haven't been able to find anything on this. Everybody keeps talking about Courier 1.3 (current version is 1.1.1 I suppose) but I cant find any scheduled launch date for Courier 1.3.
We would reeealy like the Publishing feature in Courier which I have heard is planned for version 1.3.
When is the next release of Courier scheduled?

There's no ETA on 1.3.
Version 1.2 that includes support for XPATH and REGEXP queries on ids in datatypes will be out before christmas
