I have downloaded Umbraco v8 and unzipped it.
To deploy, I copied all data in unzipped folder to a server and created a new site using IIS.
To modify the site I use its backoffice (/umbraco)
Every time I change something in the backoffice I copy all files and save them somewhere else to backup.
I wonder if my approach is the right one?
Please share your experience in deploy and backup Umbraco.
