Long time to save document types and after all a message boot failure
Saving a document type is taking a long time, same behaviour for creating or updating ones. Usually I can save only once and after that If I refresh the website or Umbraco Backoffice I get the message Boot Failure.
I upgraded to Umbraco 8.13, I checked permission on database and folders permission for Network Service, IUSR and IIS_IUSRS full control.
just after iisreset command the website becomes on again. This doesn't happen when I save views, neither data types. In this case I believe it's something related to Model Builder.

(or content type id 0 trying to save a new one)
