Umbraco 9 - Azure App Service - Media with Arabic letters appears broken in Backoffice
I've installed a new version of Umbraco 9 and it worked perfectly on the local server but as soon as I deployed my solution on Azure App Service, I found out that all the images that contain Arabic letters in their name appear as broken images in the media grid and content management like below:
It is working fine on the website and also appears fine on the Media management module, but as I mentioned, in the media grid popup and content management its src is:

not
"/media/0gcfquta/تجربة-img.jpg?rmode=max&width=500&rnd=&rnd=20220126113123" So it appears broken.
Any Ideas? Are there any configurations I can add to my environments to fix this issue?
