Are there any guides for content editors on how to manage site media? For example with regard to:

• organising, e.g., use subfolders so don't put burden on site when browsing media and generating thumbnails for all images (I know pagination is in there and it lazy loads).
• max size of media, when to decide on high fidelity images / large media and whether to link or host such.

I'm a little uninformed myself on best practice and I am struggling to advise the content editors but I'm seeing available memory decrease and I suspect it is management of media causing the issues.
