Hi, I have Umbraco website where I want to put a simple form that when user put info and click the find button, it will redirect to Angular page, but the only thing I need is to send somehow the information from my umbraco website to the Angular page.

I'm using Umbraco 7.5

Is there any way to provide an api from Umbraco to Angular, that the Angular app can consume to pass the info from the input / drop down field, and from there I'll take care with Angular (I'll just create the same visual page in Angular, and when the user finishes with the Angular page I'll route again to the Umbraco website
