I have a problem with BlockList

Hi All!

Currently I'm having duplicate content issue when creating from Content Template. Umbraco version 9.4.1 and deploy live with Umbraco Cloud

But, it only happens when i get list item! I created is as follows:

I have settings: Document Types, Content Template:

I create “Product Hero”

And in the “Product” page, I add “Product Hero” into the Block List

After, I create “Content Templates” of Product page:

I back tab Content, in page “Products” I create Product with template “Product Example”

I product name: “ISSUSE GET PRODUCTS”

And Product Hero

Finish, save and publish content with language English

Check ID item created:

Code get value:

It get value not correct with get list?

But I get only item with ID “4955”:

If create item from Product(blank) or remove and re-add “Product Hero” in Block List of Product Example, it not issue
