Spinning up a new V10 site in VS2022...
After the "Customize" step where I choose SQLCE IIS Express crashes with this error message in the output window:
"...iisexpress.exe has exited with code 3221226505 (0xc0000409)"
After the crash I run iisexpress again and I'm back at the first step without the option to choose customize.
I installed the new Umbraco.Templates which took me from v9.3 to v9.3.1
I blew away the site I started and started over...it's working now.

Spinning up a new V10 site in VS2022...
