    Public access option does not find a known user in system for protected page access

    Hello, I am still pretty new with Umbraco, version 8.9.1

    I have a protected page. I have made it accessible to one member, no problem.

    I would like to add another member, but the system tells me that person/name/email does not exist on system.

    I know it does because I can see it. He's in there.

    But I do not understand why he doesn't show up when I want to give him access to this page.

    Seems simple but ....

    Help, please.
