    submit form

    hello dears i am new to umbraco i am using version 9. i need to make post request from view to controller and here is my controller enter image description here

    and my view is this enter image description here PS: its inside document type called contact-us.

    and i add my route in startup like this enter image description here and when i submit the form i got this error enter image description here and the solution tree is like this enter image description here plz help me and thanks in advance. BR Hussainy
