uSync Import Error - Missing pack folder, {folder} this may be a load balancing issue?

    Hi folks,

Our trial uSync Complete license expired on the 24/12 however I have just applied a new license to our Dev env and Staging env, in the Back office without any issues.

I then created & exported a package on Dev and tried to import into Staging but am getting this error now:

This was working fine before the previous license expired. It is not a load balanced env. Both servers are standalone.

Have I missed something or done something wrong ?

    Kind Regards,

    John.
