Is this possible to use with 4.6?

According to the official test document this package should work with 4.5+ - Have a look here: http://our.umbraco.org/wiki/reference/packaging/umbraco-45-compatibility/umbraco-45-package-testing
When in doubt you can always check this document. Otherwise I guess the only way forward is to test test test :-)
