PayPal quantity error

I am trying to implement the paypal payment method on the teacommerce sample store version 2.1.1 on umbraco 6.0.5.

After I entered the setting in the paymet method using my test credentials from my test account I am getting the following error message:

These are my setting (hiding the client ID and the Secret)

If you run Tea Commerce 2.2. or later that bug should be fixed because paypal now only supports integers.
