    Error Status

    How do I find out the cause for an error status when an order goes through?

    Hi Ben,

    We do store a OrderStatusCode on the order which should be one of the following:

    200 = Ok
    401 = Inconsistent order reference
    402 = Inconsistent payment
    403 = Error at payment gateway

    Hopefully this might help you figure out why your order is erroring.
